What are the shipping rates for Syrinx Music?

Syrinx Music offers free standard shipping for orders over $150. For orders under $150, the shipping rates are a flat rate of $9.50 for up to 500g and $11.95 for up to 2kg, using AusPost standard shipping. Packages over 2kg may incur additional shipping charges. Insurance to cover loss or damage by Australia Post can be purchased separately.

How long does it take to receive my order from Syrinx Music?

Orders are dispatched within 2 days and delivered within 2-8 working days. Some orders may be dispatched directly from the supplier to shorten delivery time, and you will be notified if this applies to your order.
